Description

You will design, develop, and test Java 8 applications within an Agile environment, owning microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Manage complex code integrations and resolve difficult Git merges.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
• Implement messaging solutions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Develop web components using Spring MVC and open source sub-components.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Java 8 application design and software development.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Advanced Git usage, including project maintainer level experience.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elastic Search.
• Strong understanding of XML, SOAP, JSON, and web services technologies.
• Solid grasp of data structure fundamentals and multi-threaded programming.
• Hands-on experience with messaging brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience managing build pipelines via Jenkins and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working specifically within Agile methodologies.
