job responsibilities include:
Developing, enhancing, and maintaining complex financial crime applications.
Collaborating with business partners to define system requirements and solutions.
Designing, coding, testing, and debugging web-based applications using Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.
Managing and automating continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Ensuring application scalability, performance, and security while adhering to best practices.
Performing data analysis and modeling to support large-scale financial crime data initiatives.
Supporting application maintenance, platform upgrades, and change management processes.
Participating in Agile processes, including story refinement, estimation, and sprint planning.
Desired Qualifications:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
7+ years of experience in Java development, J2EE, and related technologies.
Proven expertise in developing and supporting multi-tier web-based applications using J2EE frameworks (MVC, Spring, Hibernate).
Strong experience in data analysis, modeling, and performance tuning, with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments
