Description

Act as technical lead for retail solution implementations, bridging business requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Architect solutions and prepare design documentation for Program Increments.
• Provide daily technical and architectural guidance to the scrum team.
• Conduct code reviews and manage merge request approvals.
• Lead Proof of Concepts by researching new technologies.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of IT industry experience.
• 3+ years leading retail solution implementations.
• Back-end: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Spring JPA, OAuth 2.0.
• Front-end: Angular (9+), Ngrx, NodeJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Architecture: Microservices, SOA, RDBMS (Oracle preferred).
• Cloud: Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure.
• Tools: Git, DevOps, UML, mocking frameworks, Web Services, REST APIs, Messaging Queues.
• Methodology: SAFe, system architecture design.
• Client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile technologies: NativeScript, Ionic, or Cordova.
• Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and service workers.
