Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java 11 applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship new features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions using Java 11, focusing on object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback.
• Execute unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Mentor junior developers and document technical specifications and development processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11 and core libraries.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
