Description

Lead technical implementation for retail solutions as a senior developer and technical lead.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and technical designs.
• Architect solutions for upcoming program increments and resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and manage merge requests to enforce development best practices.
• Provide daily technical guidance to the team and collaborate across programs to resolve dependencies.
• Research new technologies and lead proof of concept projects.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of IT industry experience with 3+ years leading retail solution implementations.
• Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and Spring JPA.
• Experience with Microservices, SOA, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Angular (9+), NgRx, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS, specifically Oracle.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Messaging Queues, and Git.
• Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure, and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology and UML.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NodeJS, React, or mobile technologies like Ionic, Cordova, or NativeScript.
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and service workers.
