Description

Build and maintain Java-based microservices with React.js, leading technical decisions and mentoring the team on CI/CD and secure coding practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis on requirements and functional specs, collaborating with project management and US/India teams.
• Design and develop distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, mentor engineers on deployment best practices, and enforce secure coding standards.
• Act as the technical point of contact for assigned modules, resolving incidents, vulnerabilities, and complex technical issues.
• Perform code reviews, internal testing sign-offs, and provide technical expertise during incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka and database interaction (Oracle/MongoDB).
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements, multitask in results-driven environments, and communicate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XML Webservices (SOAP).
• Background in training system users and conducting technical workshops.
