Description

You will troubleshoot complex software, networked systems, and wireless networks when initial support tiers cannot resolve issues. You will act as the technical bridge between field engineers and core engineering teams, ensuring platform stability for users and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug complex software, computer systems, and wireless network issues.
• Support field engineers and technicians during the diagnosis and repair of malfunctioning equipment.
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance bugs to engineering teams.
• Analyze various log files to identify root causes of system failures.
• Advocate for platform users and administrators regarding technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Angular.js or React.
• Working knowledge of Hibernate and relational databases including MySQL and SQL.
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Ability to gather and analyze various log files for debugging.
• Experience with dynamic HTML components including AJAX, CSS, XML, HTML, and XHTML.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Linux platforms.
