Description

Build and maintain scalable backend systems and integrated frontend components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable Java code for server-side logic and microservices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to power application functionality.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic in collaboration with frontend teams.
• Optimize database designs using SQL or NoSQL for performance and scalability.
• Implement security protocols including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+ and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Proficiency in React.js, including components, hooks, and state management.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful services.
• Hands-on work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in automated testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Competency with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
