Description

You will act as a hands-on technical lead responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Java and Full Stack applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance technical solutions and utility frameworks.
• Lead the development lifecycle by creating and reviewing high-level and low-level designs.
• Own code quality through regular implementation reviews and enforcement of source control standards.
• Coordinate with multiple project teams to implement generic solutions and mitigate technical risks.
• Manage all development phases including requirement analysis, impact assessment, and build/deployment artifact verification.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and design.
• Deep expertise in Java and Full Stack application development.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong ability to conduct impact analysis and technical design reviews.
• Experience managing source control and build/deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal dependency.
