Description

You will develop enterprise applications and assist the Lead Engineer with low-level design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality enterprise applications adhering to project schedules and effort estimates.
• Write and execute unit and integration test cases to ensure application robustness.
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Provide accurate task estimates and maintain transparency regarding task statuses.
• Contribute to organizational process improvements and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in core Java and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, MVC, IOC, AOP, Security).
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS including Oracle and Postgres.
• Hands-on experience with Web-services (JSON, SOAP).
• Working knowledge of Kafka and Zookeeper.
• Experience developing and deploying microservices on public clouds (AWS, Azure, or Google).
• Strong experience writing JUnit test cases and using Maven, Ant, or Gradle.
• Proficiency with GIT and IDEs such as IntelliJ or Eclipse.
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of security concepts and protocols within enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Payments application domain.
• Familiarity with Mockito, JBehave, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, or Rally.
