Description

You will design and develop the orchestration service layer for a scalable eCommerce application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a service framework capable of scaling with company needs.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ship features across web, mobile, and external client apps.
• Monitor system performance and usability to identify and rectify traffic or usability issues.
• Review application code and plan future API upgrades with the development team.
• Uphold full-stack engineering best practices and improve software delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of server-side development experience using Java, Spring, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in frontend web development using JavaScript, CSS, and either Angular or React.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and a deep understanding of REST principles.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Experience working with modern microservices architecture.
• Full lifecycle development experience, including design, development, and deployment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
