Description

You will build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, owning the lifecycle from design to deployment on OpenShift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces with Angular 11+ and TypeScript.
• Implement asynchronous messaging with Kafka or IBM MQ.
• Deploy applications via Jenkins, IBM Urban Code, or Harness on Red Hat OpenShift.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java/Microservices development.
• Proficiency in Java 8, REST APIs, JPA, MVC, XML, XSLT, JAXB, and JAXP.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular 11 and above, including HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with message brokers: Kafka or IBM MQ.
• Database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Cloud orchestration exposure: Docker, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift.
• CI/CD tool experience: Jenkins, IBM Urban Code, or Harness.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (3 years experience substitutes for 1 year of education).
• 2+ years of experience in software development and project life cycle activities.
