Description

Lead technical training programs for end-to-end Java Full Stack development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions covering front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Mentor trainees through practical coding exercises, projects, and real-world applications.
• Evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure trainee growth.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to update and improve training content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer in Java Full Stack Development.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse learners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment following US shift timings.
• Any Graduate degree.
