Description

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based full-stack applications while building responsive front-end components and optimizing relational database queries.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and optimize SQL queries for Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Maintain code quality and manage builds using Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Java application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8, Java 11, and Java 17.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with Angular (Angular 10+ preferred).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Git or equivalent version control systems.
• Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools.

Preferred Skills

• Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
