Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with AI experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend frameworks, cloud technologies, and hands-on experience integrating AI/Generative AI solutions into business applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

AI / GenAI Requirements

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Ability to develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent search applications.
• Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI guardrails.
• Understanding of AI application monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and data teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices
