Description

You will build and maintain enterprise server-side applications using Java and integrate AI capabilities into the stack.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts globally to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop stable, scalable technical solutions that align with broader platform strategies.
• Provide hands-on code development and ensure adequate test coverage per project needs.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate requirements based on project scope.
• Contribute actively to sprint grooming, planning, and daily Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise server-side applications with J2EE Technologies.
• Expertise in Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate programming.
• Proficiency in design patterns and strong application design skills.
• Hands-on experience with Java/JEE, Spring, ORM/Hibernate, XML, XPath, XSLT, and RESTful Web services.
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat.
• Expertise in working with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and JSON formats.
• Experience with JUnit and profiling tools like J-Profiler/J-probe.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for databases (Sybase or DB2 preferred).
• Working experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps integration.
• Exposure to or working experience using AI tools and models, including GitHub CoPilot and OpenAI LLM Models and Prompt Engineering.
