Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java and AWS cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
• Build scalable microservices and APIs leveraging AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform regular code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability within a cloud environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development and software engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for building distributed, event-driven systems.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Git and JIRA.
• Knowledge of database systems including MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MongoDB.
