Description
You will build and maintain full-stack applications that integrate big data technologies. You own the release pipeline, data workflows, and system automation.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy scalable applications using Java and the Spring Framework.
- Design and optimize data processing workflows using Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
- Develop and manage RESTful web services for data integration.
- Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for system automation.
- Integrate messaging systems and data streaming pipelines.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in Java and the Spring Framework.
- Strong proficiency with Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
- Proficiency in Unix environments and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Knowledge of RESTful Web Services.
- B-Tech or MBA degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kafka, MQ, Scala, Python, Impala, or HBase.
