Description

You will build and maintain full-stack applications that integrate big data technologies, own the release pipeline, and manage data workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable applications using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Design and optimize data processing workflows using Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
• Develop and manage RESTful web services for data integration.
• Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for system automation.
• Integrate messaging systems and data streaming pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
• Proficiency in Unix environments and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of RESTful Web Services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, MQ, Scala, Python, Impala, or HBase.
