Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using Python and Java, while mentoring the engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality software systems, participating in architectural discussions.
• Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system security, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD processes and Jenkins.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and React.
