You will architect, design, and implement scalable software applications and integrated systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software developers through project leadership and knowledge transfer.
• Architect and design individual software solutions, integrating them into higher-level systems.
• Elicit, refine, and document requirements directly with business users.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and QA teams to define designs and testing procedures.
• Perform code testing, debugging, and system upgrades to ensure security and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing object-oriented Java web applications using the Spring Framework.
• 2+ years of software architecture experience designing scalable, complex applications.
• Proficiency with Spring MVC, JSP, and Hibernate.
• 5+ years with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSP, and Bootstrap.
• 3+ years developing web applications using Groovy/Grails.
• 3+ years in SQL relational database design and coding.
• Experience developing APIs and web services.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead a development team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements directly with business users.
