Description

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed systems using Java and modern frontend frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fault-tolerant distributed components using functional programming paradigms.
• Build functional and technical design documentation based on business requirements.
• Develop and execute testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, and integration scenarios.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues on Linux/Unix servers (JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere), and ensure security standards.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and clarify requirements during design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and React JS for UI/UX development.
• Proficiency in building Web Applications and Web Services.
• Competency in RDBMS, XML, and Unit-testing.
• Proficiency in Shell-scripting and working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Cassandra, Solr, or MySQL.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and code/test coverage.
