Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Design backend services using Java and implement microservices architecture.
• Build scalable, dynamic user interfaces using React and Angular.
• Gather client requirements and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive development progress while ensuring high standards of code quality and managing client expectations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java for backend service development.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with React and Angular for frontend development.
• Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with configuration management using Ansible and Terraform.
• Practical use of Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or Developer Associate certification.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and related tools.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.
