Description

Lead the development of cloud-native applications and oversee engineering standards across multiple workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Oversee Safe Agile program delivery and manage technical specifications.
• Design and deploy enterprise-level distributed and cloud-native architectures.
• Guide engineering standards and mentor junior staff members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience designing and deploying enterprise-level applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Quarkus or Spring frameworks.
• Experience with Cloud and Containerization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices and Kafka.
• Working knowledge of XML, JSON, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and Event-Based Architecture.
• Ability to work within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall lifecycles.
