Description

Design and maintain reliability, monitoring, and CI/CD infrastructure for enterprise e-commerce microservices on GCP and AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and KPIs for highly available services.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bitbucket for Kubernetes deployments.
• Implement log analytics, alerting, and dashboards using Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, and Catchpoint.
• Reduce toil through automation and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Chef.
• Support production and non-production environments across hybrid cloud and legacy systems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Deep expertise in GCP and AWS cloud services, including VPC, Compute, and Serverless.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker), and configuration management (Terraform, Chef).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and APM tools: Dynatrace, Elastic Stack, Splunk, Datadog, or Stackdriver.
• Programming skills in Python and experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including GLB/ILB, DNS, and security groups.
• Experience with version control (Git) and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
