You will lead a team of developers in designing, building, and deploying scalable software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers through the full software development lifecycle, providing technical mentorship.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Build and manage system integrations involving Apache Kafka, Redis, and WebSockets.
• Execute project planning from conception to delivery, managing scope, timelines, and resources using Agile methodologies.
• Drive code quality through regular code reviews and collaboration with QA teams on automated testing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience implementing Apache Kafka, Redis, and WebSockets.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team of developers.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Certified Agile Practitioner (CAPM).
