Description

You will lead cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Java Full Stack solutions, defining architecture and driving technical initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technology teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Define software architecture, technical designs, and integration approaches while managing delivery risks and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and evaluate new technologies for adoption.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with overall business strategy.
• Promote effective engineering practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development using current and supported Java versions.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, and database integration.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure for application deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization and distributed application architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing enterprise-scale applications and managing vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of secure software development and efficient cloud resource usage.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and infrastructure automation tools.
