Description

You will develop high-quality, fault-tolerant code across the full stack, building high-scale systems and libraries while ensuring comprehensive testing and production stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-scale backend and frontend systems.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for reliability.
• Monitor production systems and provide on-call support.
• Write clean, maintainable code for distributed components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Java or Scala.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular or React.
• Proficiency in Scala, Java, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning principles.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web design and asynchronous JavaScript.
• Background in database and caching technologies including Postgres, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
• Testing experience specifically using Scala or Java.
