Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end software delivery including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
Own platform resiliency, vulnerability management, root-cause analysis, problem management, and continuous service improvement.
Modernize applications by reducing technical debt, improving code coverage, managing dependencies, and executing structured refactoring plans.
Champion Secure SDLC practices including code quality, security scanning, remediation, and secure configurations.
Drive DevOps excellence through CI/CD automation, environment provisioning, release management, and rollback strategies.
Architect scalable solutions using APIs, microservices, caching, data integrations, and performance optimization.
Lead change management, regulatory controls, risk processes, and audit-ready documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of Software Engineering experience with significant production responsibility
Proven ownership of both Build (Development) & Run (Maintenance/Operations)

Strong Full Stack experience with:
Java
Node.js / TypeScript
Python
Modern Front-End Frameworks such as Angular
Data Integration & Messaging – Kafka / MQ
Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
