Java Full Stack Engineer owning the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and facilitate design discussions to guide technical implementation.
• Develop and integrate new features using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage repositories, and implement test strategies to analyze results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new application transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Angular for UI development.
• Experience building and consuming REST webservices.
• Ability to handle end-to-end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Proven track record in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent 3 years of progressive experience per year of education).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams on software integration.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
