Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and modern frontend technologies.

Build and integrate AI-driven capabilities, including intelligent assistants, AI agents, workflow automation, recommendation systems, and Generative AI solutions.

Develop reusable frameworks, APIs, services, and engineering accelerators to improve development efficiency and enterprise adoption.

Lead technical delivery from concept through production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and rapid prototyping efforts to evaluate emerging technologies and AI use cases.

Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate successful solutions into enterprise platforms and shared services.

Promote engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, observability, AI-assisted development, and modern software delivery practices.

Ensure adherence to software quality, security, reliability, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or enterprise technology delivery.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API development.

Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Remix, or similar technologies.

Proven experience with relational and NoSQL databases, performance tuning, and scalable application design.

Experience building and supporting production-grade enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience integrating AI and Generative AI capabilities into business applications.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and workflow automation.

Experience working with AI platforms and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and deliver with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevOps best practices.

Experience implementing enterprise-grade security, reliability, and observability solutions.

Exposure to modern AI-assisted software development tools and practices.

Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives across teams
