Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient full stack applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design software components including data models, entity relationships, and security controls.
• Validate technical approaches through prototyping and high-level architectural design for new projects.
• Maintain code quality by enforcing development standards and performing peer reviews.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure documentation, installation, and delivery standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate technical, security, delivery, and performance risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java and Full Stack development using Java and React.
• Proven experience with Microservices architecture and API development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Ansible, Git, and HELM.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (preferably on Azure).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development patterns.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, OpenShift, or AWS.
• 3–10 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation and DevOps culture.
• Client-facing experience.
