You lead full-stack development efforts to meet product goals and resolve high-impact system problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to integrate functions and identify system enhancements for new products.
• Provide expertise in application programming to ensure design adheres to the architecture blueprint.
• Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards using system flow knowledge.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work to ensure team success.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular JS for frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated experience managing and implementing successful projects with leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
