Description

Lead architecture design and implementation for scalable Java applications, delivering Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable Java applications and microservices.
• Develop and maintain Spring Boot-based solutions and REST APIs.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Tier-1 production systems.
• Define feature requirements to drive business and customer impact.
• Provide technical guidance on development standards and automation.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Java-based software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Java/JEE and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience guiding teams on development best practices.
• Ability to simplify complex implementations and drive innovation.
• Hands-on experience designing high-performance systems.
