Description

Lead technical development and delivery for Java-based services. Own the implementation lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and oversee technical delivery processes.
• Design and implement microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Rest docs.
• Manage application deployment and configuration on JBOSS application servers.
• Write and maintain unit test cases using JUnit 4 to ensure code quality.
• Implement security protocols via Spring Security and Authorization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience with the Spring framework, including Spring Core (Annotations) and Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience with Gradle, Maven, and Git version control.
• 2+ years of experience with the JBOSS application server.
• 2+ years of experience with SLF4J and Logback logging frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience writing unit tests with JUnit 4.
• 2 years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong understanding of data serialization, JSON, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Rest docs for API documentation.
