Skillset NodeJS AWS MongoDB SpringBoot JD We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices NodeJS AWS Cloud and modern front-end technologies. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership architecture design development code quality and mentoring teams while delivering high-quality solutions in a distributed cloud environment. Mandatory Skills Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot & Microservices NodeJS AWS (Lambda ECS API Gateway S3 CloudWatch) REST API Development MongoDB ReactJS / VueJS / Angular (any one) JavaScript / TypeScript CI/CD Git Jenkins Cloud-native application development Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications. Architect and implement enterprise-grade microservices and distributed systems. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and NodeJS. Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda ECS API Gateway S3 and CloudWatch. Collaborate with product owners architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor development teams and enforce coding security and performance best practices. Drive code reviews solution design reviews and technical governance. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance. Participate in DevOps CI/CD release management and cloud deployment activities. Technical Requirements Backend Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot Experience with Microservices Architecture NodeJS-based API development Event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing Design patterns and object-oriented programming Cloud & DevOps AWS Lambda AWS ECS/EKS API Gateway S3 SNS SQS CloudWatch Docker & Kubernetes Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps Database MongoDB SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail/e-commerce domains. Exposure to serverless and event-driven architectures. Experience with Kafka or message-driven systems. Strong understanding of security scalability and performance optimization. AWS Certification is a plus. Top 3 Responsibilities Design and own high-scale full-stack platforms in distributed cloud environments. Lead architecture and implementation of microservices event-driven and cloud-native solutions using Java NodeJS and AWS.
