Description

Lead a technical team of 8 to 15 people in delivering full stack applications, owning daily technical execution, architecture, and development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-size engineering teams in daily technical execution.
• Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain front-end components using Angular.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services.
• Experience leading teams of 8-15 engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
