Description

You will lead a team of engineers through the full application delivery lifecycle for complex enterprise systems, owning technical direction and solution design.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction, architecture decisions, and solution design for business requirements.
• Mentor developers through design, estimation, implementation, and unit testing phases.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and participate in product and release planning.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including builds, deployments, and code management.

Required Skills

• 9+ years building web applications with Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks (Core, MVC, Cloud, Boot).
• 5+ years with Hibernate, RESTful services, Spring JDBC, and JPA.
• 8+ years web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES2016+).
• 2+ years with React.js, Webpack, Redux, and Flux.
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Cloud-native system design.
• Significant knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic and Tomcat installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building applications for the financial industry.
• Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud platforms and API management.
