Description

You will lead end-to-end development of web applications, manage technical standards, and coordinate offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design elegant technical solutions and application architectures from scratch using established design patterns.
• Lead development efforts, perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor offshore peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on requirements grooming, clarification, and demonstrating work to business users.
• Own end-to-end testing, release management, deployment, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
• Provide MIM support for production issues and coordinate with infrastructure and support teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building web applications as a full stack developer.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
• Strong experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jira for version control and issue tracking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple versions of releases and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to handle both Java and UI code with equal expertise.
