Description

You will lead full-stack development of microservices-based applications, owning the architecture, team guidance, and release pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend and frontend teams to design, develop, and maintain Java microservices.
• Build scalable REST APIs and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
• Manage application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes in cloud environments.
• Guide team members through code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality.
• Make technical decisions and drive Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, including 5+ years focusing on microservices and cloud applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java and building microservices using Spring Boot.
• Expertise in React.js and Redux for building responsive user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience with serverless architecture.
