Description

Lead backend and frontend teams to design, build, and maintain microservices-based applications in cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot.
• Design responsive user interfaces with React.js and Redux.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployments in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce testing and security best practices.
• Document system designs and liaise with product managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and building RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and responsive UIs.
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Jest).
• Proven experience leading development teams and guiding technical decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless architecture, Terraform, Jenkins, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Agile Project Management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
