Lead Java development for scalable enterprise applications, mentoring teams and driving technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and quality standards.
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based applications that meet customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and implement innovations.
• Coordinate code reviews, maintain documentation, and ensure code quality and security standards are met.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java development within enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Java SE (version 11 or higher) and Java EE.
• Experience with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA IDEs.
• Strong command of Git, Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Knowledge of JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering large-scale solutions.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
