Description

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications with a focus on microservices and API-first principles. You will guide small teams through the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot-based API microservices.
• Analyze requirements and existing codebases to guide developers and testers prior to deployment.
• Collaborate with client and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to coding standards.
• Support development workflows using version control systems and contribute to CI/CD pipeline readiness.
• Perform log analysis and monitoring to troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack Java development within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with version control (Git) and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Basic understanding or experience in frontend technologies like React.
• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
