Description

Lead technical delivery and a team of 4-10 offshore resources while managing direct stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end development of rich UI web applications and microservices.
• Drive agile development processes and enforce Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Delegate tasks to ensure high-quality code and timely project completion.
• Manage project risks, plan mitigations, and escalate issues to customers and leadership.
• Communicate technical progress and requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience developing rich UI web applications using Java.
• Expertise in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML 5, CSS 3, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Spring Cloud and PCF.
• Proficiency in unit testing using Jasmine and Karma.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.
• Proven experience in TDD and test automation processes.
• At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular 14+.
• SDET skills.
