Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions using Java, React, and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React JS.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, managing sprint deliverables and coordinating with onshore/offshore groups.
• Design technical solutions, perform code/design reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
• Engage with business stakeholders to refine requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos).
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise, version control, and branching strategies.
• Proficiency in building cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience in distributed global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development (e.g., Copilot, LLMs).
• Domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
