Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, and cloud-native technologies.

Drive technical architecture decisions, solution design reviews, and development best practices to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Lead Agile Scrum teams, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and coordinate delivery across onshore and offshore teams.

Develop and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, automation processes, and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Support production systems, resolve complex technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through DevOps, AI-assisted development tools, and modern engineering practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.

12+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, and Enterprise Application Development, including technical leadership experience.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.

Proven experience leading Agile Scrum teams, driving solution architecture and technical design, mentoring developers, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions across global onshore/offshore teams
