Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical architecture decisions and solution design reviews for cloud-native applications.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers on best practices.
• Develop and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated cloud deployments.
• Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalable infrastructure.
• Resolve complex production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Full Stack Development and Enterprise Application Development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficient in React JS for modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of leading global onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
