Description

You will lead the development, maintenance, and support of multiple applications while driving technical excellence across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and support for multiple applications.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and author technical specifications.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Recommend and implement software improvements and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React and Angular 4/5/6.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL and ORM tools such as Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience with JUnit and Mockito for unit testing.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Python, or Linux/UNIX Shell Programming.
• Experience with Maven, GIT, or Terraform.
• Background in the Financial Services industry.
