Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and React.
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint delivery quality.
• Perform code and design reviews to enforce coding standards.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
• Manage production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on expertise in React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).
• Strong understanding of version control strategies and branching models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development.
• Domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
