Description

Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java and React.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Sprint deliverables and mentoring team members.
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements while coordinating with business stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos).
• Proficiency in GitHub Enterprise, version control, and branching strategies.
• Experience building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs).
• Domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
